A public impound is requested by law enforcement. To obtain your vehicle from us, please bring your release form to our impound lot located at 120 Williams Blvd, Suite 2 Fairfax, IA. You must obtain a release form BEFORE you come to our office. These can be obtained by contacting the law enforcement agency that requested the impound. You also need to bring a valid photo ID, proof of insurance for the vehicle you are retrieving, and payment. All tow/storage fees must be paid prior to retrieving personal items out of the vehicle.
